- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I have had numerous problems with Jerry Morris. We have been State Farm customers for 18 years, and my parents-in-law have been for much longer. We like State Farm, so we have stayed. Today, once again, when we finally get Jerry on the phone, he is as rude as ever and no help with the advice we needed. It's just the last straw for us. We are taking our business elsewhere, and we are going to take all our complaints to the company directly. Perhaps Jerry simply doesn't like us personally; even so, he has made a lot of money from our family and hasn't earned a penny.March 20, 2017by A Google User
